We had a little bit of a buying spree a few weeks ago. Mark and I purchased a rowing machine, which we both hope to use to keep us fit when the weather is unfit. It is working out well for both of us, I like it because I am sitting down, not stressing my feet too badly. It does give us a workout!
We've been working on getting Mark's office ready so that he can work at home more often. He bought a small desktop computer to use in here, as well as a used office desk. It is starting to shape up into a real office! We also bought a large screen HDTV for the loft. We are now the owners of two HDTV's, the second one got moved to the basement to watch while we're working out. Mark finished off the bookcase for the TV in the loft. We are all ready for the Superbowl!
Lastly, Mark bought me the print of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night" and had it framed. Mark is pretty much a Van Gogh fiend, and he wanted one of the prints upstairs moved into his office. I have said several times that "Starry Night" was my favorite Van Gogh, and one we didn't have. So he remedied that for Christmas! I love it, it has such dramatic color up against the tongue and groove wall.
